Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your account and the data linked to it at any time, for any Fuzon app. Here's how.
Request deletion by email
This works for every Fuzon app, even if you've already uninstalled it.
- Email console@fuzonapps.com
If you can, send it from the email address linked to your account, so we can find it.
- Use the subject "Delete my account"
The buttons below fill this in for you, with the app's name included.
- Tell us which app, and how to find your account
Include the email address or username you signed up with. Please don't send your password.
- Confirm it's you
To protect your account, we may reply to check the request came from you before we delete anything.
Start your request
Choose the app. Your email opens with the subject line ready.
What happens to your data
Our Privacy Policy explains what is deleted, anything we may need to keep, and for how long.
Things to do first
Deleting an account is meant to be final, so take a moment to check these.
Download anything you want to keep
If you've stored files or photos in one of our apps, save copies of the ones you want before you ask us to delete your account. For Cloud Storage you can also sign in on the web to download them.
Cancel any subscription first
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the App Store, and deleting an account doesn't cancel one. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Uninstalling isn't the same as deleting
Removing an app from your phone doesn't delete your account. To have your account deleted, send us a request using the steps above.
